Customer Service Intake Center

Our Customer Service Intake Center coordinates patient admissions around the clock, seven days-a-week. You'll speak with a customer service representative who is prepared to address your special health care needs. In addition, an RN is always available.

During regular weekday business hours, our staff consists of registered nurses and insurance specialists ready to answer all of your home care or hospice questions.

In addition, our registered nurses act as liaisons in the community and local hospitals, nursing homes and rehab facilities to act as adjuncts to our central intake staff. These liaisons are prepared to assist physicians and discharge planners to plan the transition from inpatient- to community-based care.
